What we do
Değişken Yazılım reviews, modernises, builds, tests, delivers and supports production software. We are usually brought in by teams whose platform has become unstable, slow, or harder to change than it used to be — and the first thing we do is establish which of those three it actually is.
Twenty years of building software across PHP and its major frameworks, dotnet core and TypeScript/Node.js, concentrated on backend architecture, distributed systems and commerce platforms with complex integration, pricing, payment and operational requirements.
We are deliberately small and we scope honestly. There is no account manager layer between you and the people doing the work, and where an engagement needs more capacity than we can commit to, we say so while scoping rather than discovering it halfway through.
How we work
Remote, in English or Turkish, embedded in your team or owning a system end to end. We have delivered inside cross-functional organisations of around twenty people, and as the only technical supplier responsible for an enterprise platform front to back — application, infrastructure, monitoring and release management.
We prefer to begin with a review. It is small, time-boxed, and leaves you with something useful whether or not you continue with us — and it stops us proposing a rebuild to a system that needs three specific fixes.
Everything we deliver ships with the quality gates that keep it honest: static analysis, linting and tests as blocking CI gates, health-checked deployments, a defined rollback, and documentation written for whoever maintains it next.

Backend architecture, distributed systems and high-integrity commerce platforms — proven in production rather than in slide decks.
Deepest in PHP and its major frameworks, Laravel and Symfony: backend architecture, microservices and domain-driven design, WordPress and WooCommerce, and e-commerce platforms where pricing, discount, payment and fulfilment logic has to stay correct under concurrency and overlapping campaigns.
Effective on frontend-adjacent delivery with JavaScript, React, Vue and TypeScript, particularly where the frontend depends heavily on backend architecture and API design — and on mobile where a backend contract reaches into it, across SwiftUI, Kotlin and React Native.
We build our own products and development tooling too, which is where much of this architectural practice gets tested before it reaches a client engagement.
